Time to get tough with the terrorists
REGARDING torture, when the very liberal president that Al Martinez dreams about [“America the Beautiful May Get Ugly Once Behind Closed Doors,” Sept. 25] ends aggressive questioning of terrorists, and we don’t ascertain the information we need to protect ourselves, I would urge Martinez to publish the world’s shortest column the day after planes fly into L.A. buildings: I’m sorry. I was very wrong.
