Talent Agency ICM to Move to Century City
International Creative Management expects to move its headquarters to Century City, the second major talent agency with plans to migrate from Beverly Hills.
ICM agreed Friday to sublease three floors of office space -- about 95,000 square feet -- in the 35-story MGM Tower at 10250 Constellation Blvd.
“It gives us room to grow,” ICM spokesman David Shane said. ICM, which represents stars such as Woody Allen, Jodie Foster and Mel Gibson, expects to move by the beginning of 2007 if JMB Realty, which owns the building, approves of its sublease agreement with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc.
It will still be neighbors with Creative Artists Agency, which plans to move to Century City by the end of this year.
