405 Traffic Backs Up After Truck Jackknifes

Traffic on the 405 Freeway was backed up four miles Monday when a big rig carrying flammable liquid acetone jackknifed, blocking three northbound lanes. No other vehicles were involved in the 1:17 p.m. accident, near Bel-Air Crest Road. The lanes were reopened at 4:13 p.m.
