Airbus Outpaces Boeing in Deliveries, Orders

European plane manufacturer Airbus said it delivered 87 commercial aircraft to customers during the first quarter, beating Boeing Co., which delivered 70 planes in the period.
Airbus also came out ahead of its Chicago-based rival on new orders.
Airbus said it received signed contracts for 123 jetliners in the first three months, compared with 44 for Boeing.
