Teacher Is Accused of Sex With Minor

A Garden Grove teacher was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of having sex with an underage girl, police said.
Thomas Henry Kelly, 34, an eighth-grade teacher at Jordan Intermediate School, met the 17-year-old girl while the two were working for the city of Yorba Linda last summer, police said.
