TV Azteca Shares Fall on Board Changes

Shares in TV Azteca, the Mexican broadcaster being investigated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for possible violations of securities laws, declined 18% after two independent board members resigned.
Former U.S. congressman James Jones, who was leading an internal probe of the allegations, and Gene Jankowski, former president of CBS Broadcasting Group and also a member of the investigating committee, left the board, the Mexico City company said Friday.
