Rival Nations Agree to Hold Military Talks

North and South Korea agreed to hold high-level military talks soon to ease military tensions between them. No specific date was announced.
In a joint statement after Cabinet-level talks in Seoul, the two countries also said they would cooperate to make upcoming six-nation talks on the North’s nuclear ambitions “fruitful.”
