It’s in the bag
RE: “Pleas and Queues” (by Booth Moore, May 26): Instead of waiting on some list for that $5,100 handbag and that $3,700 dress, if these people got themselves on a list protesting our country’s erosion of its civil rights and its loss of prestige around the world, we wouldn’t be making the aphorism come true: People get the government they deserve.
