A Foothill Ranch man accused of embezzling $10 million from his employer has agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud, a federal prosecutor said Wednesday.

Keith Taylor, 44, wrote hundreds of checks to himself on the trust accounts of Zurich Payroll Service, Assistant U.S. Atty. David A. Hoffer said. The firm said no clients were affected.

Taylor is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 3.
