Brunch and ...
Mimosa and film
At the ArcLight Hollywood, you can sip a mimosa and snack on fresh-baked pastries while you check out movie times, then settle in for brunch: a spinach and cheese omelet, say, or French toast made with Grand Marnier-infused brioche. There are plenty of homey desserts, such as apricot bread pudding or chocolate-pecan brownies. Then enjoy a movie. Brunch served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday. (Brunch, $20; brunch and a movie, adult, $30; child under 12, $27.95.)

Omelets and jazz
Just a couple of weeks ago, Frank Sinatra’s grandson covered several of his granddad’s tunes at Twin Palms during lunch. The performers change weekly, but the music is always soft jazz. Brunch features a waffle, ice cream and omelet station as well as a carving table (beef, pork, turkey), poached salmon, salads, fruits and a dessert table. Brunch, 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. (Brunch, adult, $15.95; child 3 to 12, $5.95; under 3, free.)

Seating from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. (Gospel brunch, adult, $33; child 5 to 12, $16.50; under 5, free.)
