4 Suspects Charged With Paying Homeless to Fight
From Times Wire Reports
Four men who allegedly paid homeless people to fight each other in front of a camera and then marketed the videotapes on the Internet have been charged with felonies, officials said Tuesday.
Police said a three-month investigation into the “Bumfights” video production led them to four Las Vegas men. Ryan Edward McPherson, 19, was arrested Sept. 10 in La Mesa. He is out on bail. Zachary Bubeck, 24, surrendered Monday. Police are still seeking Michael Joseph Slyman and Daniel Jamon Tanner, both 21.
