Attorney for Brit Seeks Hearing on Evidence
An attorney on Friday requested a hearing to review evidence in the stalking case filed against the son of Britain’s top judicial officer.
Attorney James D. Riddet asked the judge to reconsider his earlier ruling that there was sufficient evidence to try Alastair Irvine on charges of felony stalking and vandalism.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Everett Dickey set the hearing for Oct. 11. He also set an Oct. 21 trial date.
