Kennedy-Wilson President Resigns
Kennedy-Wilson Inc. President Ethan Penner, the former head of mortgage finance at Nomura Securities International Inc. and once one of Wall Street’s highest-paid executives, resigned, a company spokeswoman said.
Penner was hired in March to direct the Beverly Hills-based property brokerage and investment firm’s businesses, which range from investing in Japanese real estate to brokering and managing commercial properties.
Spokeswoman Cynthia Giordano declined to comment further.
Shares of Kennedy-Wilson fell 9 cents to $4.39 on Nasdaq.
