White Extremists Blamed in Bombings

Ten bomb blasts rocked South Africa, killing a woman and injuring two people, in attacks President Thabo Mbeki blamed on white right-wing extremists.
Nine devices exploded in Soweto, South Africa’s biggest black township, and a 10th went off at a Buddhist temple near the capital, Pretoria.
A 42-year-old black woman was killed by falling debris in her shack in a shanty area of Soweto.
