Bolshoi dancer takes early bow

Bolshoi Ballet principal dancer Galina Stepanenko cut short her part in the five-day run of “La Bayadere” at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. The ballerina, who had danced the title role Wednesday, was set to dance it again tonight but instead danced Friday night and then flew home because of a family emergency. She will be replaced tonight by Nadezhda Gracheva.
