Bail Reduction Denied for Accused Rapist

A Los Angeles County judge denied a motion Tuesday to reduce bail for an 18-year-old man charged with abducting and raping several female victims throughout the San Fernando Valley.
Judge Jessica Perrin Silvers ordered Andrew Saethong of North Hollywood to remain in custody at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in lieu of $15-million bail. He is charged with nine attacks on victims from 14 to 26 years old between Dec. 12 and Oct. 18, Deputy Dist. Atty. Andrea Thompson said.
