Bakley Family Lawyer Wants Blake Deposed
From Times Staff Reports
An attorney for Bonny Lee Bakley’s four children asked a judge Monday to compel actor Robert Blake to appear at a deposition in the wrongful-death lawsuit filed against him.
Irvine attorney Eric J. Dubin wants to ask Blake questions by Dec. 20 about the fatal shooting of his wife, Bakley, 44.
Dubin also is asking Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David M. Schacter to order Blake to cover nearly $8,000 in costs that the attorney incurred last week when Blake refused to participate in a scheduled deposition at the Men’s Central Jail.
