Kline Challenger Wants on Ballot
A judge will decide July 8 whether Orange County voters will have two candidates to choose from to replace Superior Court Judge Ronald Kline, who last week won permission to take his name off the November ballot.
Kline, who is facing child pornography and molestation charges, failed to win a majority vote in a March bid for reelection and was scheduled for a November runoff with Dana Point attorney John Adams, the top vote-getter among several write-in candidates.
On Thursday, write-in runner-up Gay Sandoval, also an attorney, told Superior Court Judge John Woolley that she would like her name to appear on the November ballot along with Adams’.
