From Times Wire Reports
MISSOURI

Cassandra Williamson, the 6-year-old girl who was taken from her father’s home and slain last week, was remembered with roses carried by friends and a kiss from her mother.
Mourners gathered at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church in Valley Park for the funeral, which was open to the public. Before the service, Cassandra’s parents, Ernie and Angela Williamson, approached the small white open casket where Angela kissed her daughter.
Johnny Johnson, 24, an ex-convict, is accused of abducting Cassandra, trying to rape her and killing her.
