Teen Charged in Rape, Sodomy of Woman, 94

Recent high school graduate Jorge Eduardo Hernandez, 18, has been charged with raping and sodomizing a 94-year-old woman in her assisted-living apartment.
Police said the incident occurred two months ago after the attacker came through an unlocked patio door while the victim slept. She was beaten in the face during the attack but fought back.
