The State Department issued a new travel warning for Colombia, citing “continuing violence,” including threats, kidnappings and slayings of foreigners. It said Colombia has the greatest risk of kidnapping of any country in the world.... The International Spy Museum, originally expected to open last month in Washington, D.C., announced a new opening date: Friday. The annual “Lincoln Center Out of Doors” festival, sponsored by the New York performing arts center, is Aug. 3 to 25.
