Loree Payne scored with 4.8 seconds left in overtime and Washington defeated USC, 80-79, in a Pacific 10 Conference game Sunday night at Seattle.

Payne also made a long jumper with 1.1 seconds remaining in regulation, sending the game into overtime.

Aisha Hollans scored 26 points for the Trojans (8-7, 4-2 in the Pac-10). Tiffany Elmore scored 11 points for USC but possibly fractured her left ankle in the second half.

Giuliana Mendiola scored 20 points for Washington (9-5, 4-1).
