Sex Offender Booked After Boy Found in Van
A 50-year-old registered sex offender was arrested in Oxnard on Wednesday after police found a 16-year-old boy getting high on air freshener inside the man’s van, authorities said.
David Savine Carrino was booked on suspicion of illegally possessing prescription medication, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violating his parole on a conviction of possessing child pornography.
