Inside Information
Since John Walker Lindh and other foreign nationals easily infiltrated the Taliban, it suggests that U.S. security--the CIA, the FBI--could have used that route to get timely inside information on plans to attack the U.S. We spend fortunes on security and have nothing useful to show for it, while by clever and resourceful thinking we could have had useful information for far less money.
