Cities Plan Festivities for New Year’s Eve

Among New Year’s celebrations around Orange County are First Night Fullerton and an alcohol-free party in Rancho Santa Margarita.
As part of its festivities, Fullerton is inviting couples to pop the question at midnight while riding in a hot-air balloon. Information: (714) 738-6545.
