2 Oxnard Men Shot Leaving Bar
Two Oxnard men were shot Friday night as they left a local bar, authorities said Saturday.
Rudolfo Pena, 28, was in stable condition Saturday at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, where he was treated for gunshot wounds to his arm and torso, authorities said.
Miguel Nava, 48, drove himself to St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, where he was treated for a gunshot wound to his hip and released.
The two were shot about 9:30 p.m. as they left La Cascada bar in the 100 block of North Harrison Avenue, authorities said. The shooter fled the area on foot.
The motive is unknown.
