RV companies aware of novices
Those negative comments about Rosemary McClure’s RV rental experience are completely off base (“Just Call It ‘RVing for Dummies,’ ” Letters, Nov. 17). Companies can’t know the skill and intelligence of the typical RV renter, so they must assume they are novices, a bit clueless and with the minimum qualifications for taking an insured vehicle off the agency’s lot.
