THREE-DAY FORECAST
MUSIC
Once again, a joyful noise
What Christmas trees are to street-corner lots, Handel’s “Messiah” is to concert venues. Making its inevitable appearance in the area, the Christmas portion of Handel’s holiday staple will be brought to you by the Los Robles Master Chorale and Moorpark Symphony Orchestra. Choir soloists, a handbell duo and the Los Robles Children’s Amadeus Choir will bolster the musical fare, which includes other sounds of the yule season.
Los Robles Master Chorale and Moorpark Symphony Orchestra perform the Christmas portion of Handel’s “Messiah,” Saturday at 8 p.m., and Sunday at 3 p.m., Moorpark College Performing Arts Center, 7075 Campus Road. $18 general, $12 senior citizens and students, $6 children 12 and younger. (805) 497-0386.
