Holiday Closings
Monday is Labor Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:
Offices: City, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery, and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Most will be closed.
Banks: Most will be closed.
Schools: Public schools, community colleges and universities will be closed.
Public transportation: OCTA buses will run on the holiday schedule. Metrolink trains will not run.
Trash: Garbage will not be collected; pickups will be a day late the rest of the week.
