Gateway Revenue Forecast at Low End
Bloomberg News
Gateway Inc.’s 2002 revenue probably will be at the low end of the personal computer maker’s forecast of $4.5 billion to $5 billion, Chief Financial Officer Joe Burke said.
Gateway is on target to have sales of $2.5 billion in the third and fourth quarters combined, Burke said.
That would be a 25% increase from the first half of the year, when the Poway, Calif.-based company had revenue of $2 billion.
Gateway shares fell 30 cents to $3.50 on the NYSE.
