Ford to Stop Selling Think Electric Cars

Ford Motor Co. is pulling the plug on its Think no-emissions electric vehicles, citing lack of demand, and said it would instead focus on other technologies to meet government mandates for cleaner-running cars and trucks.
Ford shares rose 14 cents to $11.77 on the NYSE.

Ford Motor Co. is recalling 598 Crown Victoria cars powered by natural gas because fuel could leak and possibly start a fire. The recall involves 2002 model year fleet cars.
