AT&T; Corp., the largest U.S. cable-television company, agreed to sell cable systems in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado to closely held Bresnan Communications for $735 million.
The systems serve 320,000 cable subscribers, AT&T; said. The sale is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to certain closing conditions and regulatory review, AT&T; said.
AT&T; fell 8 cents to $15.02 on the New York Stock Exchange.
