WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?
“The ’97 Justin Isosceles. It’s a blend of three grapes--Cabernet, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is one of the most well-balanced meritage blends I’ve ever had . . . maybe the best I’ve ever had. It has so much fruit, nice big tannins, you can feel the texture on your mouth, but it’s very smooth with a nice long finish. It’s almost obscene to drink. We had it at a restaurant and almost didn’t want to eat food with it. It’s a real killer wine.”
