Laffer, Disney VP Join PacifiCare Board

Economist Arthur B. Laffer and former Disney executive Sanford “Sandy” M. Litvack were named to the board of PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., a Santa Ana managed health-care company.

Laffer, an advisor to the Reagan Administration, heads Laffer Associates, an economic research and consulting firm in San Diego.

Litvack recently retired as vice chairman of Walt Disney Co., where he had worked since 1991.
