VENTURA COUNTY PEOPLE

* Richard W. Flatow has been elected to the six-member board of directors for Datron Systems Inc.

He replaces Michael F. Bigham, who resigned as a director in December.

Flatow is president of RWF Enterprises, a management consulting firm that he founded in 1992.

Datron, which has facilities in Simi Valley and Vista, supplies satellite tracking antenna systems, earth stations and voice and data communication radios to worldwide markets.
