4 Hit in Suspected Gang-Related Shooting
At least four people were shot Sunday night in a suspected gang-related incident at a Northridge apartment complex, police said.
When police responded to an 8:50 p.m. call at 19124 Bryant St., officers found two victims who were critically wounded, one who was seriously injured and one suffering a superficial bullet graze, said Officer Fred Cueto of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire Division.
“From what we’re hearing right now, it might have been a gang hit,” Cueto said. The officer said the shooting occurred in “one of the higher gang-activity areas of Northridge.”
No other information was available Sunday night.
