LAGUNA NIGUEL
The mounted head of a rare albino Tule Elk was recently donated to the Orange County Museum of Natural History.
The elk mount, which will be on display until June 2001, was donated to the museum by the Dale Reynolds Family of Laguna Niguel.
The display will give visitors an idea of how large an adult elk stands as well as an opportunity to learn about albinism in nature.
The Museum of Natural History is in Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, at 28373 Alicia Parkway. Information: (949) 831-3287.
