Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help Finding 4 Fugitives
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly failing to appear in court or for violating probation.
Michael Steven Macias, 42, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for forgery. He last lived in the 1900 block of Isabella Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 11, 195 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Juan Guerrero, who also uses the first name John, 41, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled substance. He last worked as a self-employed computer technician and last lived in the 900 block of Kenney Street in Oxnard.
Guerrero is Latino, 5 feet 6, 150 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes, and has a tattoo of a musical note and an Indian with feathers on his right arm and a panther tattoo on his left arm.
Blair Owen Eckert, who also uses the first name Bo and the last name Sckent, 19, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of robbery. He last lived in the 1500 block of Staddard Street in Thousand Oaks.
Eckert is white, 6 feet, 175 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo of a sun with barbed wire on his left shoulder and a tribal band on his right shoulder.
Alma Delia Diaz, 27, allegedly violated her probation on convictions for possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance. She last lived in the 700 block of 4th Street in Fillmore.
Diaz is Latina, 5 feet 3, 190 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has the name Diaz tattooed on her left shoulder.
Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
