FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Fountain Valley Councilwoman Laurann Cook was appointed Wednesday night to serve on the board of directors at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
Along with the rest of the board, Cook will examine ways to enhance patient services at the hospital.
“It’s an eye-opener, looking at the inner workings of the hospital,” she said.
