The Los Alamitos Chamber of Commerce will host the 18th annual Police Appreciation Luncheon on Feb. 9 at the Community Center.
The officers receiving honors this year include Cpl. Sharon Kerbow, for officer of the year; Michael Quesada, for reserve officer of the year; and Stanley Rivett for civilian employee of the year.
The guest speaker is retired La Palma Police Chief David Barr. Tickets are $22 per person, the same price to sponsor an officer. Information: (562) 598-6659.
