Odetics Inc.

The Anaheim incubator for electronics companies posted net income of $20.7 million, or $2.18 a share, for its fiscal third quarter, a turn-around from a $3.8-million loss, or 49 cents a share, in the previous year’s third quarter. Revenue fell 6% to $15.2 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31. Separately, Odetics said that a DaimlerChrysler AG subsidiary invested $3.75 million in Iteris Inc., an Odetics subsidiary that makes video sensor systems and other software-based transportation safety programs.
