Optimistic Clippers See Arena as Half Full
Is there a new NBA rule that allows the Clippers to double their actual attendance figures for publication? The Clippers announced that their Feb. 10 game against the Grizzlies attracted 9,895 fans. Who are they trying to kid? If Staples Center was half full, then I have a chance to start for the Clippers. Well, if I put it that way, maybe it was half full.
