Officers Seek Public’s Assistance in Apprehending 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants were issued for all four.

Harold Lee Willis, 32, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for drunk driving. His last known address was in the 2600 block of Anchor Avenue in Oxnard. He last worked as a mechanic in Oxnard.

Willis is white, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.

Charletta Ann Robb, 25, allegedly violated her probation on two drug-related convictions. Her last known address was in the 1800 block of Channel Islands Boulevard.

She is white, 5 feet 5, 125 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes.

Irene Trinidad, 23, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Her last known address was in the 200 block of 7th Street in Santa Paula.

Trinidad is Latina, 4 feet 10, 105 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and two tattoos, a sunset and the name “Trinidad” on her back.

Candace Marie Leith, 39, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing narcotics paraphernalia.

Authorities also allege that Leith violated her probation on convictions for possessing drugs and driving without a license.

Leith’s last known address was in the 100 block of Wisteria Way in Ventura, and she last worked as an equipment operator.

She is white, 5 feet 6, 160 pounds and has blond hair, brown eyes and a heart tattoo on her left shoulder.

Anyone with information on these cases is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. The call can be anonymous, and there is a reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
