Reyna Wins Post With Worldwide Wireless

* Richard Reyna has been appointed director of network services for Worldwide Wireless Networks Inc. in Orange. He was formerly manager of the Network Services division for the county of Orange and vice president and systems manager for Bank of America.

* Michael F. Foy has joined PriVest Bank in Costa Mesa as senior vice president and chief trust and investment officer. Foy was previously vice president of client relations and development for Lincoln Financial Advisors and California Fringe Benefit in Orange.

* Yvonne S. Liu has been named secretary and treasurer of Infinilink Corp. in Rancho Santa Margarita. Liu had been chief financial officer and controller of Pacific Digital Corp. in Irvine. She also spent several years with Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

* Jeannie Lee has been appointed sales manager at the Hilton Anaheim. She previously worked at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott, Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa and the Marina Beach Marriott.

* Marcie Perez has joined Magnet Communications in Irvine as senior account executive. She had been an account executive at Laer Pearce & Associates. Robert Chevez joined the firm as account executive. He was formerly director of public relations and marketing for Project Tomorrow.

* Tom Hoyt has been appointed vice president of sales for California Software Corp. in Irvine. Hoyt joined the company as sales manager in 1998.
