Commercial Real Estate : Property Opportunities Conference Set Sept. 23

Industry leaders will discuss opportunities in Southern California real estate at the fifth annual West Coast Property Opportunities conference on Sept. 23 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City.

The conference, presented by Commercial Property News and sponsored by prominent real estate companies, will include sessions on leasing, investment, development, financing and other facets of commercial real estate.

The event will begin with a general session at 9 a.m., followed by eight separate sessions on a variety of topics, including the impact of California’s new media and biotech companies on real estate, who’s buying and who’s not, the availability and sources of capital, the pace of new construction, and evaluations of the region’s office, industrial and retail markets.
