STANTON
The Southern California Water Co. will give away 500 low-flush toilets to residents from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Stanton Park. The low-flush toilets use 1.6 gallons of water, compared to standard toilets using five to seven gallons. On Oct. 23, the water company will collect old toilets for recycling.
