FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley Board of Trustees has approved the Early Entry Kindergarten Program for the 1999-2000 school year. For 11 years, the district has offered the program for students who are not eligible to enter kindergarten in September because their fifth birthday falls after Dec. 2. Parents who decide that their children are not developmentally prepared for school in September have also used the program.
