International Journeys, a foreign exchange program based in Boston, is seeking local host families for French students coming to town July 10. The high school students, ranging in age from 15 to 18, are traveling from the south of France to get a taste of American life. All have taken at least four years of English instruction. Cypress has been chosen as a host city because of its central location and proximity to bus lines, said coordinator Cathy Beeler. Host families provide meals, a bed and transportation to a central pick-up point. Students will be in town until Aug. 3. If interested, call Beeler at (714) 892-5238.
