The city has recently acquired literature on Y2K preparedness and made it available to the public at City Hall, 33282 Golden Lantern. The brochures on consumer electronics, communication product compliance and basic preparedness are from the governor’s office of emergency services. The office recommends having food, water, cash and gasoline to last for three to seven days in the event of temporary computer malfunctions. Information: (949) 248-9890.
