The NCAA has restored the eligibility of Valparaiso center Zoran Viskovic after a review of his junior college transcript, school officials announced Tuesday.
Valparaiso spokesman Bill Rogers said in a statement that the NCAA had cleared Viskovic after reviewing his academic records. Viskovic, who is averaging 9.8 points and 6.8 rebounds, is scheduled to play Thursday when the Crusaders play host to Oakland.
The native of Croatia was suspended from the team Jan. 15, pending an NCAA inquiry into his transfer from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Neb. He attended the school during the 1995-96 academic year.
